"DELIVERY DRIVERS WEREN'T ALLOWED TO WORK 30-40 HOUR WORK WEEKS, ALTHOUGH WE WERE HIRED AS FULL TIME EMPLOYEES"

"ALWAYS TRY TO BE FAIR AND RESPECTFUL OF ALL EMPLOYEES, SHOW YOUR APPRECIATION FOR A JOB WELL DONE AND ROTATE EMPLOYEES TO ESTABLISH A SKILLED TEAM OF EMPLOYEES"

"Train the employees better be more honest with people that are in day to day operations that are working for you.."

"First of all Just be your self and be honest and your work experience will speak for it self, answer all questions in the interview to the best of your ability honestly and openly and you will do just fine ."

"I didn't like the long night hours when we were on the night shift cause you had to go in during the day then go home if you were called out on long night time hours it was hard on me..."

"To make the day to day operations paper work and details more simple to use eliminate wast and promote a team player attatude at work to accomplish the company goals for the good of the Company as a whole."

"I LIKE THEM ALL VERY MUCH. ESPLECIALLY MY REGINAL SUPERVISOR RAY MARSELL. HE IS A GREAT & CARE MAN OF GOD & TO HIS EMPLOYES. I GOT HURT & HAD TO HVE 2 LOWE BACK SUGRYS . I'M NOW AM ON DISABILTY ASSTIANCE . BUT HEAL SLOWLY WITH ALOT OF THERIPY. BUT THEY TREATED ME VERY GOOD ."

"Don't let the driver managers push you around, don't complain, do your job, get your time in and move on if this is the direction you choose to go. Go through a outside driving school so your not locked into the company for 1 1/2 years paying their school debt off out of your paycheck"

"Some driver managers are worthless"

"Give employees time off that they deserve, work with the driver managers who are having trouble with their drivers, ie. not getting along with each other"

"make sure you document everything to get paid."

"the pay is not equal to the work, driver sheets are being lost and pay not accurate to what was documented."

"more communication, need dead head pay, too much money being paid back to companies and not to the drivers."
What do you like about working at Celadon Group?
"I liked the bonuses. When I drove as a team, we worked extremely hard, and was rewarded withe either the money or vacation."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Celadon is a good company to work for. They have numerous routes to choose from. Most dispatchers will go out of their way to get you miles or get you home. If you like teaming, Celadon has that option also."
What don't you like about working at Celadon Group?
"Being away from home for 4 weeks at a time."

"Always listen to the experienced driver. They are out there, driving, not sitting at a computer."

"My dispatcher tries to keep me moving so I don't sit for a long time."

"Being away from home for so long. Not getting enough miles every week."
