"I have worked for Toll Brothers for over 5 years and have found it a pleasant company to work for. I was hired in December of 2015, started in February 2016. In January 2019, I was promoted to Customer Care Manager for the Massachusetts Division. I was recently asked to take over for a CM that left the company and remain responsible for the Warranty Division."

"If you can get in, do your best to not get laid off for the economy. Be willing to take a huge pay and position cut, just to stay there until the economy turns."
What don't you like about working at Toll Brothers?
"Corporate structure was very difficult to receive credit due, and infrastructure could have been improved."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure you pay attention to your builders. I could get an A rating as a builder upon review, but not receive advancement options for another year."
