"There is very limited upward mobility and overall the management team is completely disorganized. In the past year they have also become very insistent that we all function as clones of one another and don't encourage us to blaze our own trail. I need a workplace that will allow me to grow and to expand my talents, not one that boxes me into a set pattern."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should allow more personal exploration and require less paperwork."
