"This company is very laid back, not a typical office job. There is never a dull moment, keep an open mind about everything and try to keep up."

What don't you like about working at TLD Distribution?

"The one thing I would say could be better is enforcement of procedures. TLD has been a great company, however in order to grow they need a little more structure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would say management should be more involved with bettering communication from department to department. Which would in turn make the work flow easy on everyone."
