"It was nice to be able to set up a new surgery center, and watch it come alive. The staff was wonderful, and the location could not be any better. Benefits that were offered were nice, even though many were not needed."
What don't you like about working at Tinley Woods Surgery Center?
"I felt if anything, the physicians were not heard when the management company was approached. The docs had great ideas for the future, that seemed to fall on def ears."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Mainstream management, needs to be more open to what the local management has to say about what they need in their own facilities."
