What do you like about working at ThermoFisher Scientific?

"ThermoFisher is a solid and stable company which means my job is secure and safe. I enjoy working with my colleagues as we are a great team that work together to achieve our annual sales quota for the Contracts dept. I would say the people and the culture of this company are what make this company a great place to work for."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Learn to accept and embrace change. We are changing everyday in our business with new guidelines, rules, acquisitions and mergers of different companies, and even new management teams. If you can keep up with adjust to change you will work well with the company."

What don't you like about working at ThermoFisher Scientific?

"I have limited resources available to generate new business. The system we use (Baan) is outdated and does not allow us to gather the needed information in order to make contacts with new accounts which limits my ability to grow and expand the current customer base."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide better systems/resources to the ISR teams for new business"
