Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Must be able to where many hat's and be as flexable as possible as what you need to do changes at a moments notice. Follow up with everything even to your superiors and often make sure their expectations are remaining constant but not so much you come accross like you are bugging them and regardless of your position if you sell software to anyone it will help you to be seen in a positive light."

What don't you like about working at The TM Group?

"Management communication style in every direction is not organized, policies are set but not followed close enough for to help the company grow, sometimes management can be a bit discouraging in the way employee relationships are handled."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Deligate more and focus more on strategic management, it is time to put some key people in place in area's of accounting and consulting. Complement in public, discipline in private."
