"Related turned on my love for Construction and ignited this intense pride that I could see in all my accomplishments. That was extremely rewarding. Related made me personally demand the highest quality (despite the fact that it wasn't my money I was spending)."
What don't you like about working at The Related Group?
"Despite how much I personally accomplished at Related being ONLY an Assistant PM means the people that matter often never hear of your accomplishments."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Monitor your Supervisors and Managers better. HR should take a more active role in caring about employees who actually work."
