"Good pay but not much else going on here."

"I am part of the bio-metric division. But this area is too focused on metrics, managers look at numbers not results. If a case is open too long then you are held responsible even if there was nothing that you can do. Because of the strong emphasis on metrics many of the human aspects such as you are a human being get forgotten. The highlight of the company is that they are doing great things in security."

"I worked for Thales IFE for 13 years. The company was weak in talent and leadership. They made it very difficult to do your job. That being said the middle management was where the talent resided. Also Thales was a very large company and they didn't take advantage of synergism between divisions. They also were very happy to be number two in the industry. Could have been number1 if they had a strategic plan they could keep to."
