"I have worked at TECOM for 4 years and the environment was pretty good, a lot of hard work but we all enjoyed the tasks. I have kept in contact with the group and it would appear that things have changed and there is a bit of disorganization and blame going on. This is a great company with a lot of capability, however it needs a good VP to get things back on track. A lot of companies go through these problem areas and TECOM is one of these. The people in the company are good."
