"Extreme lack of resources (less than 1% of revenue is allocated to IT), lack of commitment to IT, management seems unwilling to move quickly enough to take advantage of new opportunities. Complete lack of professional growth opportunities (training, advancement, etc.)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Commit to IT, be prepared to invest funds to spark growth, and make the workplace a place that fosters personal and professional growth."
