What do you like about working at TCIM Services?

"Nothing really, it's just a job to pay the bills while waiting for something better to come along. The pay is the lowest out all the other call centers in the area. They avoid giving employees better health insurance by labeling most employees as part-time their first year of employment. It also takes a year to accrue any paid time off. The computer equipment is ancient with most computers at least 10 years old. Technical problems are the norm. The company is extremely cheap and counts on high employee turnover because it doesn't want to have to give long time employees raises."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are desperate and need a job immediately then stick it out for a couple of weeks until some better comes along, that what 90% of most people who apply do. This is not a place to make a career out of long term. Unless you're a lazy, druggie, in that case you'll fit right in."

What don't you like about working at TCIM Services?

"It's hard to believe sometimes that they are a real company. Poorly run, inefficient, no benefits, low wages. It's the sweatshop of call centers right down to the broken air conditioners."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay comparable wages with other call centers in the area to lower turnover and keep competent people."
