"Completing assigned tasks. Coordinating the work of others as dispatcher and being in control of that. Discussing issues and finding resolution and the challenges that came with it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Keep looking. The company does not care about nurturing or keeping good employees that care about the work they do."

What don't you like about working at Taylor Freezer Sales?

"Teamwork was not always there. Pointing fingers when something went wrong made me feel my job was in jeopardy and eventually lead to my departure. Key communications were left out which lead to unfulfilled customer needs and thus the finger pointing. I took the hit for the responsibility because management did not have my back nor did they have backbone. One particular office person was self serving and stepped on everyone who got in the way, especially me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make the office look like an office. Spend money on the office and employees like bonuses instead of another car. Atmosphere was open, loud and chaotic. Fix the health issues like mold growth along the walls and in the carpet. Be more in tune with the day-to day issues and work as a team instead of being a dictator or tyrant."
