"When I worked for Talla-Com I had some autonomy and was not micro-managed too much."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Talla-Com is now Elbit, Tallahassee an IsraelI owned company. You have to learn to live with inadequate documentation from IsraelI contracts. There are also ITAR reulations to comply with."

What don't you like about working at Talla-Com Industries?

"Near the end of my time there, I felt we we spending too much time selling to the customer and less time working on actual quality issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since I left ther was some restructuring of the Quality Department, so I am in no position to comment.."
