"I have worked for Sweed Machinery since 1998. The company is a small company and employs about 40 people. Employees are fixed in their relative positions with no opportunity for growth or advancement. Salaries are average for Southern Oregon and healthcare is below average as well as other benefits. Management tends to micro-manage the employees. Product line is varied and interesting to manufacture. No MRP/ERP system = part shortages, production delays, late delivery times, inaccurate inventory."
