"Supplemental Health Care's primary concern is the facility they contract with, not their employee. I worked for them for years without issue; because I am a good employee. Then one issue arose; a mole hill turned into a mountain. I tried to call 3 different people for assistance within management. They all either avoided my calls, took too long, or were suddenly on vacation. I lost my job; later it was officially found, the issue was minor. But this did not change the fact that I lost my job and had many needless issues given their lack of backing me up in ANY way. Stay away from this company if you want any kind of career protection. Look at your contract; there is NOTHING protecting you and quite the opposite. SHC Staff is spread out across different states. So, if even a small problem arises; your livelihood is in jeopardy and they do not respond efficiently. Protect yourself and your family’s livelihood."
