"I could put together programs to help businesses succeed. I learned alot about the search engine marketing and how marketing on the internet works."

"We need more time to talk with clients and follow up to ensure everyone is on track. We are threatened that we will lose our jobs. on a daily basis. Our pay is cut and changed around. The keep adding more and more requirements to everyday sales, and are threated that we will be written up. And then be forced to work on Saturdays . Spoke down to and took out personal sales abilities and said they were good enough, and read scripts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to have the parties that work on their direct mail program sit down with a few reps 9I was already on one call) to make this programs run more smoothly and not have the chance that mailers will fall out or be backed out.There needs to be more positive guidance from the top down. Create a more friendly creative work enviroment and feed off each other's positive accompllishments."
