"I started working for the SuperGroup in 2011 and really enjoyed my time there. I learned a lot and worked with an amazing technical team. Most of the creatives were very talented and I was proud to implement the designs that they sent my way. They place a lot of responsibility for individual projects on single developers but are there should you need it. The management team is competent and fairly engaged but aren't micromanagers. There are a few times a year with 60 hours a wk but it's rare."
