"The company cuture does not allow for a lot of feedback and input, from the leadership level and throughout the organization."

"I would like for management to keep an open position and allow people to be more enterpreneurial and utilize their talents and skills to contribute more to the organization. I would like the sales organization to have more of a voice in the decision process that impacts them."

"Got Laid off for no reason, had a very good year of sales and market share."

"My suggestion would to be more honest and up front about the sale of the company and potential lay offs."

"Constantly changing product portfolio. I was not sure which product was more important each Quarter. Poor Managed Care contracts."

"Consistency, even though the world is changing, they need a 2 year, 5 year, and 10 year plan."

"In the past couple of years the company was purchased by another company and installed leadership that was more interested in future products then the respiratory portfolio I was involved in promoting. Thus company laid off respiratory sales force."

"Did not receive any suggestions from corporate management but my District Manager was very instrumental in providing leadership that allowed for my success"
