"Sungard's large size makes for a lot of options for carerr advancement. It also has allowed me to touch a lot of very expensive equipment and learn as much as I can."

What don't you like about working at SunGard?

"Sungard's size is also a problem. It can become very compartmentalized as well as political."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More communication and better pay."
