"The corporate atmosphere is not acceptable in any sense. One expects to work hard, but one also expects help when it's needed, direct supervision, leadership. None of this is available at this company"

"Management needs to take a long hard look at process, best practices and also develop a way for HR to be a real department which not just hires and fires but which supports the employees when there's a problem."
