"Do what you do with excellence when on job assignments or audits because you are representing the IL Dept. of Insurance."

What don't you like about working at State of Illinois?

"There was too much down time. There were lots of times where we were waiting for information from insurance company employees and it was demotivating for me. I like to keep busy and like to have several different things going on at the same time."

"Find ways to motivate employees"
