"To many changes in CIO position. Every tow years or so direction changes with new CIO. CTO laid off legacy team and then left the company. Wrong decisions with outsourcing vendors caused to much change and waste of company money."

"Review your goals and objectives and savings of outsourcing IT. It will not meet your original expectation and financial goals."

"It gave be the ability to work with a wide range of people with different personalities. It gave me the chance to manage and train young adults given their first job and career professionals, and make them get along. It honed my customer service skills. It trained me to think fast and make the right decisions."

"Be honest and dont be afraid to show your true personality. They can spot people faking a mile away."

"My only problem was 60-70 hour work weeks which left not much time for a personal life or my artwork. Please do not get me wrong I am not afraid of working long hard hours when needed."

"The mid- to upper-level management was clueless. I'll just point to the over-staffing that led to the lay-offs in Nov. of 2008. Sure the economy was tanking, but if you run a lean and mean operation, those painful choices are mitigated."
