What do you like about working at Stanford University?

"I love working in an academic field. A school like Stanford GSB is a privilege for many to work. This school is one of the best schools in the world. The Stanford GSB has many ongoing projects in various areas that are very challenging to accommodate with my talents and skills. Being myself a graduate alumni, I have outstanding knowledge for business and administrative management processes."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes, First, think what you want and what are your goals. Second, understand the Stanford philosophy and re-evaluate yourself what can you offer. Third, what are the steps you need to take in order to meet your goals."

What don't you like about working at Stanford University?

"Personally, I don't dwell on negative aspects of any work environment if there are any. Working at the GSB was a very interesting and very positively challenging experience for me. I wish I worked there permanently. At the end of the day I evaluate the results of my productivity. I have enjoyed working with many intelligent, skilled and fine directors and managers like Ellen, Alex and Bernadette. I think working at Stanford is a huge learning process as well. I had lot of fun."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To meet new challenges, expand their vision for the future, work methodically to meet the challenges and to pass their solid practical knowledge to the next generation of managers with their excellent ethical norms."
