"A company wide survey was taken a few years back that everyone participated in, I would like to see action taken upon the results of that survey in a more direct manor rather than simply a discussion and acknowledgement of the results."

"big and baeurocratic, redundancies in HR/artists management , almost seems like there's no long term plans for film projects."

"less artist management staff, more story development personnel to keep project in the pipeline going."
