"I'm underpaid, I'm functionally the head of IT but I'm too low on the organizational chart, as a sub-contract under HP the red tape is unreasonable. Their policy toward FMLA is illegal."

"The company grew from 200 employees to over 1500. We had one customer only and needed to meet the needs of this one customer. This required constant change and constant ways to reduce cost and increase production. We were accountable for our decisions."

"Be honest, but sell yourself. You are your own unquie brand. You need to set yourself apart from others"

"The support needed to acomplish specific goals or tasks was not always available. This caused feelings of frustration, but also gave additional satisfaction when goal or task still got accomplished."

"Do the best to suport goals or task. Remember to hold each person accountable. Reward those who do well and support those that need extra guidance."

"Lot of rumor talk and back stabing and sloppinesss and tardiness"

"Stand firm to your desciditons, but yet dont just brush off your coworkers ideas."

"I loved working for APT. I had the responsibilty and freedom to grow the plant and improve its performance. I didn't have much time under Sonoco ownership."

"The company was in evolution so there were different things in different stages of its development."

"The management changed from virtually no corporate to a heavy corporate presence. Therefore I have no suggestions."
