"I worked for Sonifi for seven years, I started in 2013. My assigned position was a Field Service Representative 2. Sonifi brought a variety of experiences as I was there. Sonifi will equip you with strengths in working independently, resolving technical issues independently and as a team. Not only does this company give you hands on experience with resolving issues, but using a computer and learning computer skills is involved in your daily routine. I've had the opportunity to work with top management in high end Casinos to top management in big hospitals. This job is always sharpening your hospitality skill's, customer service skill's, it challenges you as you never know what type of call will come in to be resolved. On any given day I can have a call that equipment is down in one room in a hotel casino to a 1000 rooms. It was my responsibility to resolve those issue's. I may have to put in new equipment in a hospital room or it may be several hospital rooms. Each month I was on call for a weekend. This meant I not only was in charge of taking care of my own assigned properties, but my co-workers properties as well. So if any problems needed to be resolved I was there to fix them any time of day. You have a supervisor who is reachable by phone and who is equipped in case a FSR would need any further help in resolving an issue."
