"Not real consulting, staff augmentation, so you can get stuck in a project that doesn't give you career progress"

"Employees work very hard and get the job done, we have the opportunity to drive our career path as long as you bill 40 hours a week to a client and work another 30 hours of your own time to do it."

"Be aggressive and appear to have a broad leadership view."

"A lack of Integrity at the executive level. Sr. leadership will short change every consultant in any way possible. Rejected expenses, unpaid incentive programs, cheap hotels, etc.. Annual pay increase average is 2% nationally."

"Continually reducing the value you return to your good motivated employees will drive them away or demotivate them. You will be left with the cheapest and lowest common denominator."

"Negotiate a higher salary, the Benefit package they try to sell is over-hyped and you'll never actually see a bonus unless you Bill all year and never sit on the bench."

"Underpaid and dropped onto projects without any assistance, and expected to be an expert immediately."

"Provide more feedback and higher salaries to the consultants who are the lifeblood of Sogeti."

"You have to be able to cope with stress and to rise to the challenge."

"They had a annual re-negotiation of their contract, what worked as a de-motivator instead of a motivator."

"Annual functional meetings are good, but don't make it a habit of giving a salary incentive each time, and give them clear objectives to qualify for an incentive."
