"There is nothing I like about SOC, bad admin, bad hr, no coaching, mentoring, or development."

"Do not work for SOC!! You will not be able to manage operations or lead teams as all direction is micro managed from the PM down."

"The Micro management and work environment, unqualified managers, buddy promotions."

"Quit so qualified managers can lead the program, the senior managers are the most incompetent group I have ever worked for."

"If you work hard you will achieve your goal. Within 6 months I was promoted to site supervisor."
