Appear friendly but won't hesitate to throw you to the wolves. The company is a money capitalist company. If you don't have ROI value, they will not hesitate to boot you. You can have 20 year there... you're just a number in the end. Upper positions gain major pay/bonuses, lower positions are below avg pay."
