"You will give up 4-8 pm (your evenings) and every Saturday to run this business on behalf of people who will ask you to give yourself emotionally to it as well. You will be asked to work at this studio as though you own it. This may well be fine if it were not for the lack of appropriate payment - administrative staff receives $15 an hour without any benefits. The same you'd get as a part-time retail sales associate at a department store, or bagging groceries at Whole Foods, except with much more responsibility and less flexibility in hours. Also, they do not offer raises over time spent with the company, even for cost of living. The most important fact about this company: **THIS IS AN AT WILL EMPLOYMENT COMPANY**. You can be fired without reason at any time, and they have done this to staff before."
