"I didn't like wages, work conditions, and hours. My crew was not up to par."

"It needs a total makeover. Allow people who have direct contact with their workers to make some decisions on who is allowed to be hired and released."

"I don't enjoy that there is no raises available and that my ideas or request go by without much of any consideration by upper management. Plus upper management hire on their personal friends and their friends wifes."

"Listen more to the general work force, which actually work the floor everyday and establish a better raise scale to keep the great employees you have instead of the high turn around you are currently experiencing."

"The management team there was great. We showed the associates that we really cared about them. Happy employees make a happy environment."

"Love to work! On and off. They are looking for industrial athletes on and off the floor."

"I did not like how first shift ran just enough to get there numbers and then stopped. They always left second shift with the bulk of the workload."

"Try an on shift rotation, that way not one team gets burned out."

"I enjoy working with the people in my department and they are all hard workers. I enjoy working with my boss and other managers at Truseal."

"Good Lucking getting hired, they have 140 people laid off right now."

"It is a Union Shop and sometimes people try to use that to their advantage. However, I have enjoyed making it as difficult as possible for them."
