"It was a fun work environment, in which most tasks where enjoyable. I also enjoyed the people I worked with."

"If you are interviewing for a CSR or Shift Lead position, understand it's pretty laid back. Be cool, talk about how much you love movies."
What don't you like about working at Blockbuster?
"I didn't enjoy upselling customers that were sick of hearing the same thing."

"None, it is a very well organized company."
