"If you are in the Technology Department, it's a good place to work overall, but you will get pigeon-holed and have very little opportunity to move up in the school system. Most people either use it as a career stepping-stone and leave after <5 years, or they stay forever because of the pension plan even though they are apathetic to the actual work."
