"I spent two years working at ServiceSource. During that time I had 10 different managers within the two tiers directly above me, it was admitted to me by a manager I was performing two unique jobs within the team and being very underpaid for it, and then was later tasked to split my time further to aid another team. The culture feels like an extension of college, because the company tends to have many people in their 20s. Therefore, I did hear and see a lot of unprofessionalism."

"The company is one of the best companies that I have worked for in my career. The people in the organization are very professional. That being said there are always challenges in the corporate setting that at times make it a challenge working in the company due to people personalities. But from my perspective I tend to always take things with a grain of salt to ensure that the preservation of the company is first and foremost."
