"Flexible work schedule. Work from home."

"Oracle is pushing the Cloud Computing operational services story. Oracle is a big idea company and #1 in many software areas. After the acquisition of Sun, we are now in both Hardware and Software. Make sure that you get paid for overtime if you work in any IT related position."
What don't you like about working at Oracle?
"We are run like a government, too much red tape, too much waste. There have been no bonuses or pay raises in my department for more than 5 years. There are at least 7 layers of management to reach the CEO."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We need to hire a better skilled work force to support our systems and customers."

"Company that is customer oriented aligned to business results."

"Sometimes is very demanding."

"Microsoft was an exceptional place to work all around. My mistake was to leave a technical management position to run call centers."

"Use words such as cross group collaboration, leverage, passion and commitment. They love this type of thing."
What don't you like about working at Microsoft?
"I made a mistake in leaving a technical management job to run call centers and I was not given a chance to go back to my areas of expertise. This is a common practice within Microsoft, but Microsoft LATAM did not do this for me."

"Microsoft CORP management was awesome. Microsoft LATAM management needs to set correct expectations with employees."

"It was a change from selling full time."

"The company was poorly managed. They went bankrupt."
