"This is a small community bank and you need to be able to do many different jobs."
What don't you like about working at AmBank Group?
"Operational duties. At AmBank one must wear many hats, which is fine. However it is hard to be in the middle of a file and have the teller go to lunch and you have to cover."

"Ask don't order. A kind request goes futher than an order."

"There was great flexibity and autonomy in my role which made working enjoyable."
What don't you like about working at myNext Mortgage?
"Unfortunately, the company size was very small and there was no way to move up. The position of Senior Underwriter was the highest position next to the VP."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"While at My Next Mortgage my relationship with management was a close one as the company size was small. Communication was effective. Unfortunately, this company was bought out and I was laid off. This was due to market conditions."
What do you like about working at Chase?
"Chase is finacially stable and has a diverse work force."

"Must be flexible with changes and understand various investor and modifcation scenerios."
What don't you like about working at Chase?
"Too many job cuts in Underwriting, and just looking for a new oppertunity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More positive feed back and consideration for daily process changes."

What do you like about working at Acadia Insurance?
"I enjoyed working with the Risk Management Program we had for our larger customers. I managed 19 of these accounts (premium $100K). Enjoyed meeting directly with the insured and our customer agent."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I do not. The company has an excellent training program in place and mentoring is improving."
What don't you like about working at Acadia Insurance?
"Paralysis of the Analysis. Too many reports putting out information that doesn't mean anything"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the line folks and get their feedback. Get realistic about what reports are needed and what reports are just redundant."
What do you like about working at JPMorgan?
"I don't. I have to in order to earn a living. Employees are not treated well."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Individuals are hired by who they know, not what they know."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"They do not promote African Americans into upper management positions. There is minimum chance for advancement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper management should actually listen to their employees. This company has a high turnover."
