"Be open to the fact that the CEO is very open about being a Christian, and running his company by Christian principles."
What don't you like about working at Choice Solutions?
"More demand than engineers available. Long hours, and difficult to catch another engineer long enough, to bounce solutions and ideas off of."

"Hire more engineers, allow for more and better mentoring process for new engineers."

"The HR department response quickly and is very helpful. My PM are also great to work with."

"I never had an interview with company before. my tip is, be yourself and be upfront."

"The government site I work at is to far from home, and my company does pay for parking."

"More training. Either in-house training or offsite training. I wish they made it more of a priority."

"The lack of opportunity to grow. I don't see clearly where I'm going."

"Listen to the people that work for you. My boss is great but others are controlling and like to put people in a box."

"the food during lunches is great and the people are fun too"

"Work atmosphere and culture was pretty good. I enjoyed the people I worked with, their support and guidance helped me a lot."

"Company is very good. If anybody wants to start his career in software field then Siemens will be among his top list companies."

"Lack of challenge and there was little scope of growth in terms of technology in the company, yet I have gained a lot that adds to my personal and professional career."

"provide more growth opportunities so that employees can learn new technologies and help in the company's growth."

"Unique work in deep space, not done anywhere else, lots of very bright people."

"The interviewing process is straightforward, at least used to be."

"Year to year budget at the whims of congress. Not a way to run a world class company."

"Try to diversify the funding source by partnering with private industry."
What do you like about working at Trend Micro?
"I enjoyed working from home. It was extremely freeing and gave me the opportunity to get more done as I was able to work a typical 8-5 but after the family went to bed I was able to clock back in and do some extra works. 25-50% travel enabled me to see various parts of the United States while still being home enough to have a nice family life."

"Knowing the right people, you can go very far here."

"The culture was very positive. I enjoyed working with the various co-workers from across the United States."

"Focus on core product and offerings. Stop going outside the box."

"They misrepresented the job environment. If you are looking for career growth in a large scale environment, this is not the place."

"The leadership is inexperienced, lacks technical knowledge, and direction. It's a sinking ship."

"For a team of eight, I had three managers. Three too many unnecessary, and incompetent managers."

"The telecom technology, the work assigned, and mixture of cultures were some of the highlights."

"Great place to work due to culture and technologies. Company restructure happen quite often."

"Seeing too may colleagues got laid off due to restructuring."

"Trying to force customers to purchase certain technologies back fired too many often. Should try to improve and work with customer existing technologies."

"Teamwork, great benefit package, great morale, great environment, up to date with latest technology trends."

"Company emphasis: cloud and vmWare technology. Best to work desired position from the inside."

"Great Company but not enough growth for efficient and dedicated individuals to move ahead."

"Great relationship with immediate and upper management. However peoples' potentials and often overlooked."

"Be yourself and make your point when interviewing. Also know your job."

"Unisys treats employees as a number. Training was removed and bonuses have been cut also."
