"I don't love and hate, as I know that this stream of work area has extra hours which you need to put in and you can't be looking at a regular job. There are situations where you would need to put your efforts during off business hours/ weekends. As I have been in this area for some time, I got used to this. So I would say I started liking it. Only thing I hate is an immediate requirement which falls in my basket to stay for 10 hrs or more on a issue where we don't have anyone else to pass the ball."
