"Everything. It is one of the best places I have ever worked. If your current IT department is divided into sub groups of responsibility you will thrive in this environment."

"Very sharp IT management. Prepare and focus to be asked everything in detail about the job."

"Nice atmosphere, cool IT managers and administrators, cool diversify employees, easy to get along with everybody."

"I think you need to look for a passionate IT Administrator, I would be one because after studying a computer engineering major for 4 years, I found I was more interested in the computer IT and changed my career at that time."
What don't you like about working at Zazzle?
"I would like to see the IT director divides the work load almost equally, but thinking about it, there must be a reason to do that or may be there is not."

"Interact more often with the IT Administrator, to discuss further about the new technology and how we could keep improving the networks."

"Nice to work with a start up high tech company, But I would like a chalenging career where salary is not my main concern."

"First they have the lastest computer equipments which IT Administrators love to work with.Then the high technology design and reasearch is another cool thing in the company."

"One of the main thing is to act normally as if you are working for the company doing the interview."
What don't you like about working at Relia-Tech?
"Frankly, night shifts are not my favorites but when you have to do it, you will do the job if it was day or night shifts.Just drink some cofee and the night shift will finish fast."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The managment are doing an excellent job, and to do it better, I recommend to interact more often with IT Administrator because the technology is changing fast and there is not much time to think about it."
What do you like about working at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center?
"In tough economic times is nice to know I have a place to work that isn't looking to downsize. It is also only 5 minutes from home. Quality of care is unparalleled."

"Rather than locking a competent person in the exact same job for years, look to the existing talent pool to see if there is a good match for new positions."

"It is a great environment to work in. It is also a very good place to work if you like a good challenge."

"I would suggest that they keep doing what they are doing. I would also suggest that they spend a little more time getting there team training."
