"I had a great position as a Sr. Quality Engineer. I was in charge of developing the quality systems for new product and working on process issues that concerned quality."

"Be confident in your knowledge. Don't bend when challenged."

"The stress level. we had a very fast paced group that didn't allow for the job to be fully completed before new demands were placed upon you."

"develop the quality system more - and follow it. With a good regimented system, many of the issues that keep reoccurring can be solved."
