"When I left keane it was a mess. No vision, no management communication, resource attrition was sky high, Keane was firing everyday"

"Smart people, good compensation, virtual teams, work-life balance."

"It's like any other company nowadays. There is no security. Always have a plan B."

What don't you like about working at McAfee?

"Little room to advance unless you're in one of their biggest locations. All too willing to let people go to keep expenses down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give people plenty of notice that RIFs are likely, so they can try to find other opportunities inside the company and out. Be a little more generous with the severance package for senior folks - we can't just walk down the street to our next job. Tell your middle and line managers that it's the twenty-first century, and telecommuting actually WORKS. You don't need to disregard and disrespect perfectly qualified candidates who were working there just one month ago because they don't live in your city, where you can see them working in your office every day."

"The people, the infrastructure of tools, their commitment to innovative and progressive products."

"They lost Bernie Girod(CEO), Greg Stapleton(COO), and Frank Meredith(CFO). They were the backbone and the best executives in place at Harman. They truly understood the business and they are very wise talented Senior Executives; perhaps the perfect team for Harman International. They are also wonderful people with a high level of integrity, trusted, and respected. Highly personable, I know they are missed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace the current executives (Paliwal et al) with Bernie Girod (CEO), Greg Stapleton (COO), and Frank Meredith (CFO) immediately!"
