What do you like about working at Indymac Bank?
"The compensation was great. And for the most part had good employee moral."

"The company is no longer in business. I didn't really like the idea that was pushed that the job came before family life."

"Stick to the promises you make to newer employees. Also, don't promote just to move a problem employee out of deparments. Have a better plan for such employees."

"Rules were made to be broken. Worse company I ever worked for."

"Small Broker, not much room for advancement. Only reason I wouldn't recommend this to anone, is becasue of the owner. He is a bit of a tirant."
