"Make sure you understand how the compensation works. Company has a tendency to make the payment qualification vague and often changes it midstream."

"Small company mentality. Every quote and proposal has to be reviewed and run by the owner. Owner has very little experience in this industry."

"My only suggestion for anyone interviewing wth this company is to be honest about your skill level. The nature of the business means that you will be tasked to your maximum so to prevent failure just be honest."

"A small company does not always offer the resources necessary to go to the next level and compete with larger organizations."
