"On desert sites, (all of which are at night) I like the peace, quiet, and calm. I have started identifying constellations I used to know as a kid. I like knowing that I am contributing a useful function to our customers in guarding their properties, many of which are out on the desert. I could get along without the 30 degree cold during the winter however. As a former career Military person (30 years) and former school teacher (6) years I am happy with my job, just not the employer."

"My coworkers are really nice people and I'd take them with me to a new job if I could. The employees at the site I'm posted at are friendly and know me by name and talk to me when they walk by, which is enjoyable. After that, almost everything is a negative. I'm sick and tired of having to deal with work related issues and phone calls from the public when I'm trying to eat my freaking lunch, and God forbid I take a bathroom break and miss a phone call while I'm away from the desk for three minutes out of the eight hours I work for."

"THE DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP, AGAIN IT LACKS TRUTH AND HONESTY WITH REGARDS TO ITS STAFF"

"THE SECURITY PROGRAM NEEDS A NEW DIRECTOR, HE IS OUT OF TOUCH WITH HIS STAFF AND HIS DECISIONS ARE MORAL ARE POOR, HE HAS NEVER WORKED AS A SECURITY GUARD, SO HIS PERSPECTIVE ON TEAM BUILDING IS WEAK"

"I have noting but good to say about the Dupont company.I am a Contractor and they treat their employees very good."

"Fix a few areas of the fence to better secure the site,add lighting in some key areas."
