"I liked working with the people at Tyson Foods, I enjoed the working environment at the Tyson office since that is where I was based."

"When I was hired I was promised that there was a very, very good chance an office would be in NW Arkansas due to the owork in the area. I did not get this in wring so naturally when I asked about being hired my boss had no remember this discussion. I believe his lapse of memory was due to business not materializing in the area."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep promises and keep good people. Check with the customer to see who is keeping the customer happy"
