"If you are not prepared to work many hours do not consider this as your job. If you do proceed be true to the customer and only promise to deliver what you are capable of delivering."

"Too many hours, on average 70- 75 weekly. This left very little time to live outside of work."

"Create driver/sales teams to minimize hours worked without decreasing profits."

What don't you like about working at Schwan's?

"The fact that I was the furthest out from my home location, and had to drive in on a Friday night after the route was finished, wait for 4 hours as they reloaded the truck, then drive more than an hour to get the truck back home. The senior management decided it was ok to give me the oldest truck that stalled at every corner even though I would have to drive it in traffic for 2 hours to get it back to the depot, and then drive it back home to plug in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give your drivers a flat weekly rate that does not go away."

What do you like about working at Schwan's?

"The customers were great. The job entitled you to make as much money as you wanted to wor for."

What don't you like about working at Schwan's?

"the 17 hr work days."
