"I enjoyed the job as a whole. The tasks were challenging and the customer interaction was rewarding. Coming from an environrment where I did program management on a much smaller scale as a small business owner, it educated me greatly to see similar processes working on a much larger scale."

What don't you like about working at Sanmina-SCI?

"The company was always on the verge of laying people off and it created an environment where it felt like no matter what you did, you were always about to be laid off. The company did not pay very well and there was not much room at the time for growth. I also started missing networking with other business professionals on a daily basis."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The direct management of this company were an excellent group of people who truly cared about doing the right thing for the company, it's employees and the customers. These values are ones that I still hold very dear and I instill into all my staff at the small business that I own on the side."
