"I've worked for Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute for just over three years. Each person's experience there will be unique, as each laboratory is run by a different principal investigator. Each investigator may run their lab as they wish. The institute has good benefits, especially the 2:1 401k matching. There are lots of training opportunities. Generally, most employees are significantly underpaid."
