What do you like about working at Sandusky Radio?

"The ability to build my sales team. Working one-on-one with account executives to grow extensive customer list together to increase revenues significantly year to year."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"As long as you like the format and the people you are working with you'll be fine as an account executive meeting our goals. If looking to be promoted into management, this company would not be the ideal situation unless they change their upper management style/personnel."

What don't you like about working at Sandusky Radio?

"Small company with only 2 decision makers/managers at the top who take advantage of being there the longest. Non-working managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Eliminate Director of Sales postiion, and keep/hire a manager for each radio station for direct focus in order to grow revenue working with AE's one on one."
